Your first order

How ordering works

1. Browse deals on the shop or Fresh for Calgary picks — prices are live in CAD.
2. Add to cart and open checkout. Guest checkout is fine; you can create an account to track orders and save lists.
3. Enter delivery details — Calgary address, phone, and a delivery day from the schedule shown at checkout (Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Calgary time) qualify for next-day delivery. Choose your delivery day below.).
4. Pay by Interac e-Transfer after you place the order — see Pay with Interac for the exact steps.
5. We deliver on your chosen day once payment is confirmed.

Delivery & fees (Calgary)

We deliver within Calgary, AB (postal codes starting with T). Outside Calgary? You can still submit your cart — we will save it as a delivery waitlist request and email you when we expand.

Free delivery when your product subtotal is $79.00 or more (before GST and delivery fee). Orders below that threshold include a $7.99 delivery fee shown at checkout.

There is no separate minimum order amount in our checkout — your cart just needs at least one available item. Outside Calgary, checkout saves a waitlist request with no payment until we can serve your area.

Substitutions & availability

We source from retail partners — prices and promotions change. As stated in our Terms of Service, your order may include substituted items, weight variations on weighted products, or cancellations for out-of-stock items. We will contact you when practical if a material change affects your order. There is no separate substitution preference picker in checkout today — tell us in order notes or reply to our email if you have allergies or hard exclusions.

What to expect after checkout

• Order confirmation email with line items, total due, and e-Transfer instructions.
• Order status "Awaiting e-Transfer" until we receive payment.
• Email when payment is received; status updates in My account.
• Delivery on your selected Calgary delivery day after payment is confirmed.
